Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for carts, parts and accessories bought from Golf Carts Direct.
Used Golf Carts
Used carts are sold as inspected, described units. Where a cart arrives materially not as described, or with an undisclosed defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the matter.
New Golf Carts
New carts are covered by the applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
Parts & Accessories
Unused parts and accessories in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Payfast within 7-10 business days of the return being received and inspected.
How to Request a Return
Email info@golfcartdirect.co.za with your order number and details of the issue, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
