These terms govern your use of the Golf Carts Direct website and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Stock is subject to availability and prices may change without notice.
Used Goods
Used golf carts are sold as inspected, pre-owned items. Listings describe the condition of each unit to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing.
Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full via Payfast, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery
Delivery timelines and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled and instead fall under our Refund and Returns Policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
